A visual layout bug occurs on the Hamro Patro website. After opening the main navigation menu (via the hamburger icon ☰) and then closing it (by clicking the "X" icon), the entire horizontal menu bar at the top of the page shifts downward and partially collapses. This leaves a large, unintended empty space between the menu bar and the main page content, breaking the intended design and user interface. Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the Hamro Patro website (e.g., health.hamropatro.com ). On the top menu bar, click the hamburger menu icon (☰) to open the full navigation drawer. Click the "X" (close) icon within the opened navigation drawer to close it. Observed Result: The main horizontal menu bar is no longer at its original position. It has shifted down, is visually compressed, and leaves a blank gap above it. It should be quite fast to execute, not laggy. Should be run on older phones too. From what i see is that it has quite a lot of features, that's good but from what i see it's execution time is slow. Please make sure its main feature which is calender sitting at top. No matter whether internet or not It should download all calendar required data. This is not the case compared to how we were promised in the beginning.

Dear Hamro Patro Team, Greetings! Hamro Patro is one of the most widely used apps among people with visual impairments in Nepal, including myself. It has become a vital tool for accessing calendars, news, and other information. Because of its popularity and importance, I had always believed that an app as extensive and responsible as Hamro Patro would prioritize accessibility for all users, including those of us who rely on screen readers. However, I regret to inform you that the app currently lacks proper screen reader accessibility, making it extremely difficult for visually impaired users to navigate and use it independently. Despite my repeated requests in the past, I have not observed any significant improvements in this regard. Moreover, the recently added web-based features in the latest versions of the app are virtually unusable with screen readers, rendering a large portion of the app inaccessible to users like us. I kindly urge your team to address this important issue and make Hamro Patro more accessible to all, especially users who rely on screen readers. Accessibility is not just a feature—it is a necessity for inclusive digital experiences. I would also like to offer my assistance in this process. Current Issue: Suppose we are currently in Asadh 2082, and we want to view the calendar for Shrawan 2080. When we select the year 2080, the system automatically loads Asadh 2080 by default. Then we have to manually change the month again to Shrawan, which makes the process unnecessarily repetitive. Suggestion: Instead of triggering a reload immediately after selecting the year, consider allowing users to choose both the year and month first, and then use a “Search” or “View” button to load the calendar. This would simplify the process and provide a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
