UI Bug - Main Navigation Menu Bar Shifts/Collapses Incorrectly After Closing Hamburger Menu

A visual layout bug occurs on the Hamro Patro website. After opening the main navigation menu (via the hamburger icon ☰) and then closing it (by clicking the "X" icon), the entire horizontal menu bar at the top of the page shifts downward and partially collapses. This leaves a large, unintended empty space between the menu bar and the main page content, breaking the intended design and user interface.
- Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Hamro Patro website (e.g., health.hamropatro.com).
On the top menu bar, click the hamburger menu icon (☰) to open the full navigation drawer.
Click the "X" (close) icon within the opened navigation drawer to close it.
Observed Result: The main horizontal menu bar is no longer at its original position. It has shifted down, is visually compressed, and leaves a blank gap above it.
Expected Result: After closing the navigation menu, the main menu bar should return to its original, correct position and full size without any layout shift or residual blank space.
